Darren Dutch Daulton

Darren Daulton - known to friends and fans as Dutch - is best known for his outstanding years
in Major League Baseball.  As a catcher for the Philadelphia Phillies and the Florida Marlins
he made his mark with his work behind the plate and at bat.  During his 14-year career he was
chosen as an All-Star three times.  Read his biography and check out his career highlights.  

Darren has also been a supporter of community and charitable efforts off the field, during
his playing years and after retirement in 1997.  He has participated in charity events to
benefit numerous causes and will continue this tradition.  He will also  be forming his own
charitable foundation to continue this work. 

Most recently Darren has generated interest in metaphysics with his discussion of some of
his beliefs and experiences.  Darren's newest role is as an author, as he has published his new book,  If They Only Knew.  In this book, Darren speaks to his critics and challenges them and
others to open their minds to a life that is larger and encompasses more, to live a fuller life and
see that there is more than we may ever fully understand.
