Happy New Year!
Thank you to everyone who helped me to make 2007 a
good year for me as I launched this website, published my
new book and got involved in some great projects.
Without your help, my photo gallery here wouldn't have such
great pictures. I hope you'll continue to send more so we
can make it even better.
To everyone who has sent me your thoughts and comments
on If They Only Knew, thank you for sharing. Many of you
have written that you have similar beliefs or experienced the
same kinds of things I've included in the book. Many people
who aren't yet at this point write of an interest in learning
more and that's great because that was one of the main
reasons I wrote If They Only Knew. Keep an open mind!
Now it's 2008 and there's a lot more to come in this new
year. I'll be announcing some great new projects and I'll
be getting out in the community even more to meet baseball
fans and new friends.
2008 brings the 15-year anniversary of the 1993 Phillies
squad that endures as one of the organization's best. I can't
really believe it was that long ago. The fun seems to have
been yesterday!
Finally, we'll be launching some programs that will help
me to fulfill a goal of helping young athletes to participate
in baseball and other sports. We'll be involved in helping
young players to excel in skills while developing good
character and learning about leadership and teamwork.
It's going to be a great year and I hope you'll come along
with me as we go forward. You can always email me
